My ideas were transformed to successful businesses – International Institute of Technical Innovations (IITI) and JSC “Interhydraulics”. That confirms skills of long-term planning and the ability to manage in conditions of the changeable external (the crises of 2008, 2014, 2020, 2022) and internal (problems of inner transformations) environment.
Successful business management is related with the gained experience of determination and delegation of authority, competent implementation of business processes and control of operative management.
Regular involvement into investment and great competence in this sphere allowed to create my own original course about investment for beginners. Certain parts of that course were applied in educational programs at the university, which was acknowledged by positive responses from students.

Got a PhD in sociology by successfully defending a thesis work on the topic “Sociological analysis of the problems of the formation of Russian entrepreneurs’ innovation culture”.
Completed professional development training under the presidential program “Strategic management” and submitted the innovative project “International Institute of Technical Innovations (IITI)”.
The graduation thesis «Thermophysics, automation and ecology of industrial furnaces» and completed professional development training under the program «Economics and enterprise management » at Ural State Technical University.
